Booking and Pricing:

Our party bus booking process is designed to be swift and hassle-free, allowing you to complete your reservation within minutes. We suggest making a reservation a few months in advance to secure your desired party bus and make the most of our diverse fleet. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is kindly required.

Yes, you can change your itinerary at any point leading up to your trip. If the location changes are drastic, you may incur a gas fee; however, if locations are in a similar vicinity, there will be no issue at all. If you are unsure about destinations but want to reserve a vehicle, just enter the nearest general location, and we can change it nearer the time. If your pick-up times change or you would like to extend the drop-off time, we try our best to work with our customers and be as flexible as possible, pending availability. We understand that plans change, and we are here to help. We recommend letting us know at your earliest convenience if your plans may change so we have the best chance of accommodating you.

Rental Duration and Policies:

Yes, from Monday to Friday and Sunday, we require a minimum rental of 4 hours. Saturdays and special holidays are in extremely high demand and require a 5-hour minimum. There is also no maximum rental duration; you can rent the bus for as long as you'd like, pending Party Shuttle approval. You can also rent a party bus for an hour if you like; however, we will need to charge the price for our minimum number of hours to cover the large operational costs associated with this service. On special occasions, we can offer slight discounts on one-way trips if they occur during off-peak hours.

Our drivers can conveniently pick up and drop off anywhere in Southwest Florida. However, for trips extending beyond 25 miles from our facility, we apply an additional gas fee based on the regions to which you're traveling.

Amenities and Policies on Board:

We provide complimentary ice, water bottles, soft drinks, and solo cups. Additionally, feel free to bring your preferred alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enhance your experience.

Absolutely! We invite you to bring your favorite food and snacks to make your experience even more delightful.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited on any of our vehicles at Party Shuttle Inc. This policy is in place to maintain cleanliness and eliminate any unpleasant odors.

Yes, a cleaning fee is included in the rental cost if the party bus is returned in satisfactory condition. However, if there are damages or bodily fluids left on the bus upon exit, additional charges will apply.

Additional Inquiries:

Yes! We encourage you to decorate the party bus to suit your event. However, please use only non-damaging decor and ensure it's removed at the end of the rental to avoid any cleaning charges.

For the comfort and safety of all passengers we do not allow pets on the party bus.

Absolutely! We welcome customers to arrange a viewing of the party bus before making a reservation to ensure it meets their expectations and requirements.
